    I could not find anything relevant to "Under Enrollment in the last semester" in the already existing threads including the one you mentioned. The other F-1/ I-485 threads talk about OPT and such issues and not about under enrollment.

    That is why, I decided to start a new thread in the first place.

    By the way, where are the details on eb2 physician application procedure given in USCIS website? USCIS website mentions it and says, "Read more about this particular program", but there are no links to it. I searched and couldn't find anything related to that.

    I understand the 180 days rule after filing 485. what if the eb3(140 approved) based 485 has been pending for 180 days, and a newly approved eb2 140 has just been ported to the pending 485.

    Is there a rule that the 180 days started over again after porting, since it's a new 140, which implys the applicant intends to work for the 140 position for a period of time.

    What are the risks if the applicant changes the job right after eb2 140 gets approved, and changed the underlining 140 of the pending 485 from eb3 to the newly approved eb2.

    Any comments are really appriciated.

    Well i didnt wanted to import a maya object to swift3d, i was just replying to helgi's question. with 3dstudiomax you can import and export an object to swift3d, its an advantage because what you can do in swift3d its more limited that in 3dstudiomax...so try to make a "mesh" of an object in 3d studio and export to swift3d so you can export this object has a *.swf. now make this object in swift3d only...compare the quality of the object, and the size of the file almost the same. Test it.

    you can enter the country even a day before your visa expires, but the main thing here is the i-94 stamp where the immigration officer puts the duration of your stay...it will be till your visa expiry date. so it is better for you to have an approval for the extension so that you can get to stay till the expiry of your visa. do premium processing or something, you still have time...

    One factor contributing to the improved success of the asylum seekers is that a higher proportion of the total are represented by counsel. It must be noted, however, that the number of those seeking asylum in court proceedings has fallen.

    Asylum is relief for a foreign national to remain in the U.S. under legal status because the foreign national has suffered past persecution in his home country or country of last habitual residence, or because the foreign national has a well founded fear of future persecution in his home country or country of last habitual residence and such persecution is based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group. So having a competent lawyer preparing your asylum case is a must in order to have a chance to win your Asylum case.

    As you already know, the H4 is only valid as long as your H1 is valid. If companyA has a policy or if in future they decide to revoke h1, then you may not even know.

    If I were you , I will go ahead and file for h4 transfer too.

    Hi,

    Couple of my colleagues from 10 Aug filing in TSC got 140 approval last week, same is the case with a few from Nebraska as well, I am still stuck waiting for my I 140 even though I filed ahead of others.

    I heard from some source that non citizens cannot donate blood... if this is not true then count me in ....

    Citizenship is a non-issue. If I correctly, the only bar on blood donations arise from recent overseas travel (2 years or 4 years?) to one of the 'high-risk' malaria areas in the world.

    Sorry, I could not locate the thread about address change. I am moving at the end of this month to a new address in a neighboring suburb. I have an approved I-140 and a pending I-485 with AP and EAD in hand.

    My wife has a pending I-140 and a pending I-485 with AP and EAD in hand.

    Is filling an online AR-11 sufficient? Does this update our I-485 and other pending/approved applications automatically. Please advise.

    No you do not need an airport transit visa if you are travelling via Germany by Lufthansa using ur AP. Until and unless you do not change terminals it should be fine and all lufthansa flight arrive/depart from same terminals.

    I just returned yesterday using my AP and I traveled via Munich.

    You will be asked for your AP at immigration in India as well as while transiting in Germany..
