Well I still say that the etch-a-scketch is better ..... lol
If you can't beat them just make something up and hope the press spins it your way.
Sometimes I think the genetic pool of humanity must have a BP oil well spewing crap into it.

I have a slight predicament. I recently deleted iChat because I was having major issues with it. (was hanging OSX) I tried to use Pacifist to extract it off the installation CDs, but my disk 2 is damaged rendering it unreadable.
Is there any other way possible of getting ichat back?
I must also note that I also deleted the receipt copy by mistake. :(
thanks,
Bran

I can understand not being able to sell until you have 250 posts. Not being able to buy however I don't understand. I don't even know how to tell how many posts I have on this forum. Never really thought I'd need to know...
For your post count, go to your profile. Right under the Buyer's Guide tab at the top of every page, there is a drop down Quick Links link. Second link from the bottom in the dropdown, Your Profile, then on the far right it shows your post count. Or click on your name in a forum post.
:) Enjoy your stay here in wonderful MRville.

I recently did a little short film using my iPhone 4. I attached my Canon 50mm f/1.4 lens to it (so I can do rack focusing) using a 35mm adapter onto an OWLE Bubo (http://www.wantowle.com/). Here was the results:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzsqFIHWDrM&hd=1
Would love to know what people think!
Thought the video was pretty terrific even if I hadn't known it was shot on an iPhone. I've seen people with camera gear costing 10 or more times as much that couldn't touch the work you did.
Looking forward to seeing more.
Thanks musique! I just found out today that my short film won Second Place Grand Prize at the 2011 iPhone Film Festival (http://www.iphoneff.com/archives/2609). Made my day... :)
@matteusclement I look forward to seeing what you come up with using your new gear... I too am wanting to do a documentary next.

i have the logitech mx700 and an apple optical mouse. i actually prefer the mac mouse. everyone bashes it but i think its so elegant and sleek. i also like the simplicity of it. i think i prefer using one button mice now. i dont think i ever got used to using like 10 or so buttons on the mx700. i used to use pc's for the past 7 years or so. i used a pc earlier and caught myself trying to control click everything instead of right click.

It is pretty bumpy on most of the tracks in the UK I think.
The Northern Line isn't too bad on that front. The worst line is definitely the Metropolitan, on which you sometimes find it difficult to stay in your seat it jumps around so much.

I generally advise people to avoid having their camera gear on a homeowner's rider anyway- the last thing you want is the HO insurance canceled because of a claim. Talk to any licensed insurance agent- Traveller's has a nice "personal professional property" policy, or just ask about an "inland marine" policy for your gear.

what's the point of playing mmorpg on emulated server?
It's highly unlikely that you will get updated fast enough. Also it's highly unreliable.
Also, there is very high possibility of unfairness.

Holy crap, that program is amazing. I just tried it out on a song that was labeled ZHFR from when I transferred music back from my ipod to my hard drive (long story) and it figured out exactly what it was. Craziest part is there was no tagging besides the 4 letters and it was an a cappella version from my college.
Totally buying this tomorrow when I'm by my credit card.

In the US, there is literally only one thing that both Republicans and Democrats always agree on, and that is that they don't want to see any more political parties. The smattering of independents out there almost always vote with one or the other party 99% of the time.
I imagine the situation in Australia is that the independents and Greens will be wooed - until the very first opportunity to dump them occurs, at which point they'll be discarded posthaste.

As for pricing considerations, refurb. 3rd gens (4gb) start at $99 in the apple store, ipod2sell suggests $80. That is, of course, without the engraving to consider. I would, however, reemphasize that aside from the engraving, the iPod is in pristine condition.

Doesnt this thread belong to 2000 or something?
10GB iPods? N64 expansion paks? Heh, doesnt look like a new post thats for sure.
As for your question it improves the image quality somewhat but some games (like Majoras Mask) require it so its not a bad purchase... as for getting one, try ebay...

Good thread, I'm also fairly obsessed with tagging and artwork :D
Mine are sorted into 5 genres and then use groupings as a kind of sub genre.
Anything that has a featured artist is put into the comments field (I think it looks so much cleaner than if it's "Song Name (Ft. Some Artist)")
All Bonus Tracks, B-Sides and Music Videos are set to Disc 2 and have no track number and are unchecked so they don't carry on playing once the album is finished. They also have comments saying which single the B-Side came from etc.
As much as I love iTunes I find it quite frustrating as it could be so much better. I'd love to be able to tag each song with multiple genres, as you said it can be hard to lump them into one category. And I wish you could "tag" a song with a music video, so instead of having two entries for "The Dead Dog", you'd just have the song within the album and have the little video icon on the right, which you'd click if you want to watch the video (if that makes sense!) :D
And while I'm at it... year, record label, and country of origin in the album artwork column please :P

Recently update, due to the 5pm delay touchwoods opening will revert back to normal hours on Friday morning, same protocol for queuing but of course it's going to be a long day for some. no word from the touchwood apple store as to how they will handle it to not disgruntle the other stores in the shopping centre, considering previous launches sold out and people moved on later in the day so we will see.if your going let me know and might see you there.
