What the point of meeting a law maker, exchange pleasantries? They aren't going to write a Bill because 1 person said so.

We are all doing this and need more people like you to do it. But we will not pimp like you for any lawyer. In this country bills are written by lawmakers. Not your lawyer that filed your I140. You need to meet your lawmaker to help you. That is what we all are doing here. If you add yourself, to what we are doing then one more person will add to the effort we are doing. I know I said "FP report" in my previous post, but he actually said "received fingerprint on July 24th". I asked him again and he repeated the same thing.
It didn't make sense to me because they only took the right index print, photo, and signature as part of regular Code 3 biometrics, and this they should have transmitted electronically through CLAIMS the same day, i.e. June 19th. Going by what he said, they took the FP on June 19th, and TSC received it on July 24th...so it apparently took them more than a month to transmit the information :mad:

Is there anything one can do to speed up the labor processing times at Atlanta PERM processing center? They seem to have caught the flu from their Grand daddy(BEC) these days. They are taking for ever to process applications and no one seems to notice it, while their sister processing center in Chicago has average processing time of 2 weeks. What can one do to fix this problem? Please advise.

You can just take the 5-10 lines from the report which shows wasted visa numbers from the past years and send it to all lawmakers from all states asking for visa number recapture legislation
I think its just one small paragraph the lawmakers have to insert - They can attach it to any major upcoming bill - This does not create additional numbers or change the existing laws in a big way.

1) After 11 weeks that is next week Friday call the customer service and raise a Service Request
2) Within 2 wks no response, on 90th day I will walk into the local office (SFO) and ask for interim EAD.
3) If Still create the issues, packe the bags and go back to home country. It is really bad,
getting frustrating for everything no regulare process and always waiting.
So I give up, I applied on april 1st and still waiting no updates:mad:

I changed job early this yr and my new employer is working on labor for me right now. But from my previous employer I have PD of Aug 2005. If I get my labor cleared in a month, i should be allowed to apply for 140 and 485 since other fellows from 2007 pd were also able to apply recently.
Why should i suffer because of USCIS foolishness in Aug.......after having PD of 2005.............all similar cases lets raise our voice.
