Hi Kitiara,
Ive had a look at your animation, and Ive got the size down roughly another 2k.
What I did was I opened up the animation in fireworks and exported/optimised each layer, then I reopened each image and put them back on the canvas which I then trimmed to match your layers.
What you could try is to only use photoshop for the image work and apply the text from fireworks, I'm not sure if this would make much of a difference but it might reduce it a further couple of k.:bandit:

Sofar(End of day 03/13/2010) My Employer have not received the receipt no from vermont Service Center. My Employer himself took LCA and Applied H1 transfer.He sent Cashier cheque with the documents.My Employer is an American company where I have to start working once it is approved.
Please help me regarding this.
Today is 10 nth day since my Documents delivered to VSC Premium Processing Center.
How soon we receive the receipt no in premium processing case.

I submitted my 485 in julyEven i applied for my wife too.....we both got EAD, AP...She left to India...we have problems and we may seperate each other...So not sure when we get divorce because of outdated Indian marriage laws...Are there going to be any problems when they are adjudicating my 485 application? Her FP done and she got AP until Sep 2008...Now what will happen if USCIS sends out an FP notice for my wife...She won't be doing finger printing...Is it going effect my GC in anyway?
It will not affect your GC in anyway. They will send RFE for your wife when it comes for adjudication. You can reply thru your lawyer, based on your marital status at that time, the appropriate answer.
AFAIK, if she does not come back before the date mentioned in the AP (sept 2008), she will abandon the GC application unless she has a valid dual intent visa.
Hope things work out between you and your wife.

Since this thread is open and dont want to wast resouce on new thread. I want to ask people those who had already filed 485/EAD/AP that did anyone has taken photos at Walgreens.
I am getting $7.99 for taking 2 photos at Walgreens($48 for 2person with 6 photos deal) in Milwaukee. Whereas in Kinko's I am getting deal of $13.50 for first 2 photo and rest 4 photos for $13.50 ($54 for 2 person with 6 photos deal) in Milwaukee city area.
Now question besides money I want to know which one is worth taking chance for taking a picture interms of quality.

USCIS has a list of diseases they check for on their website, and herpes is not one of them. If it is, more than 10% of the people applying for GC will be rejected. So, you are fine.

You are in H-1 status now as you applied for COS from H4 to H-1. So I am not sure if going for H4 stamping is still an option for you. I will let others weighin on this one.
Do you have AP instead? You can always come back on AP, doing so will not invalidate your H-1

Unfortunatey people like them dont even think they are INdian anymore. thats why I dont see any reason why try to feel happy for them because they just have Indian name.

OK...so your main interests for this lens are landscape, concert, and sports phototography. First off, when I say the lens is variable aperture from 3.5 to 5.6, that means at the low end f the zomm the aperture will be 3.5. At the long end (200mm) the aperture will be 5.6. The higher the number, the smaller the aperture. The smaller the aperture, the less light gets let in. When less light gets in two things happen, your shutter has to be open longer. and you get more DOF. This will effect your intended shooting situations. Concert photography requires large apertures (smaller f#s). So shooting with that lens in a concert setting will be difficult on the short end, and almost impossible the majority of the time on the long end. 5.6 will require a very slow shutter speed in that circumstance. Same for indoor sports. For landscapes and daylight work, you should not have a problem.....hope this helps a little.

Reading through posts here on the forum I can tell who are the professional photographers by their equipment knowledge. So saying that there are opinions I would find more valuable than others. In a nutshell I have found the lens in question on Ebay at a current bid of 250 dollars. If I am correct this is half of what it lists for. I'd just like to know if it would be a good buy/good lens for a aspiring photographer to begin expanding his lens arsenal with.

Hope you do realize now that EAD doesn't get you anything but just the extended stay. Join together with and become a donor and actively participate in the advocacy efforts. No one else here will help you.

My advice is to stick with the same company till u get ur ead. If you move, any company will take 6 ~ 8 months to start the PERM process. I noticed that companies do mention that they will start as soon as you come on board but that never happens as they know your visa status.
I switched companies after 140 was approved at a big company and I paid the price by joining a startup which closed but I moved on before it closed.
I have yet to file PERM but I get to retain my PD
It is my personal opinion based on my experience. Most of the employers don't keep up their word as promised.

I also have a Masters degree from a good university etc. I was delaying filing my PERM (part stupidity and partly thinking of changing my job). Now, I received information from the company that new PERM applications may be impacted because we had layoffs recently. Although I am not personally aware of anyone with my job title being fired, I am wondering if they will wait for 6 months after the layoffs to actually start filing new applications.
I am new to this, and this may be a simple question. What usually happens? Do they put off all PERM applications for 6 months after layoffs? Does this mean that companies that have not had layoffs can continue to file PERM applications?
I ask this because I am thinking that maybe then I should look for a company that has not had layoffs (best of luck to me, right? :) I think there's a couple out there :) ). If I do go down this route, can I start a PERM application immediately or do I have to work at the company for a while before I can do this?
I am also worried that the PERM could get delayed by 6 months or more because there might be more layoffs. If there are further delays in the time to be approved (more than a year), then I might be cutting it really close as far as my H1-B term goes. Is anyone in a similar situation? Am I at risk here? What happens if PERM filing is in process when H1-B duration comes to an end? Do I just have to leave?
