Quick question you said they asked you to submit your legal status papers since 1999 which was when you went out of country? I have 2 questions
1) Since when have you been in US, rather first time when did you come to US
2) Did you never leave US after 1999. This is because the status really matters only since your last arrival on visa. Earlier records do not matter as per 245(k) memo. This question will help other forum members who have some kind of status violation

I first entered the US in 1997 using F-1 visa. I traveled back to Indonesia (my home country) 1999 for the holiday. After that, I never travelled out of the US. Since then, I have worked and obtained H1-B and am in the last stage of I-485. PD is ROW (of course) and biometrics code 3 was done a while ago. Hence, I believe USCIS requested RFE since 1999; the last time I travelled out of the country.
I always maintain a legal status.

Thanks for your input, Manderson. My family has been here for four years. We have two sons in England, one of whom is going through the E2 application process, and two daughters, one at University and one in high school. We would all like to stay permanently, but in order to raise the money for EB5, we would have to sell our business and that would put us in breach of our visa conditions.
The half-centrury old E2 laws need to be updated to reflect the valuable economic input of investors. It is unrealistic to expect people to come here, settle their families and run successful businesses for a few years and then go home. Most decide they would like to stay but have no path to GC.
We can't just leave the country and start again because of our daughters' education. Feels like catch 22, but I believe reform is the way forward.

but we received an RFE Yday forwarded from my old address which I moved out 1 year ago and filed AR11.
also the RFE stated that there is no G28 representation on our case and worst thing was online status is still pending.
We had lost 13 valuable days because of address they used in RFE.

I think that is the reason you got it to your address instead of your attorney. They might have missed that G-28 or your attorney forgot to send in with other stuff.
Is that RFE just for G-28?

No. I changed to a different company with same position.
It is more than likely a computer glitch but it's always worth it to check with the USCIS. A few years ago the status on one my approved old H-1B cases changed from Approved to Initial Review. It shows the same (Initial Review) status till date. It did not affect my current and/or future H-1B approvals.

I always enjoyed the Hyatt at Embarcadero Center and would probably stay there......If we are talking sometime in December I would hope we could firm up some dates soon so reservations can be made....Example if we made a date for Sat December 10th weekend I would arrive sometime on the 9th and then leave Tuesday 13th or Monday 12th.
I also may consider a round or two at Peeble Beach/Spanish Bay not to interfere with our weekend, but afterwards.
