It will add a few more onces and drain a little bit more battery. That is what will happen and that is not a worthwhile thing to apple.

But I can't decide weather to go for the slower 200 GB drive, or the somewhat faster 160GB drive.

I am actually all for this. While I love my Ipod, I think that MS making a really good DAP will put more pressure on Apple and give us an even better Ipod; more original and more feature packed. When companies compete for your money, we win. As it is, Apple knows that you will buy an Ipod because it is the best, and in the future, that may cause them to get sloppy and not put out new and better revisions at a pace that will keep them competative. It is a good thing that MS is offering pressure- not enough to edge out Apple, but enough to keep them on their toes.
Also, I would love to see an mobile Xbox PSP-esque device, especially with a good line of mobile games with better graphics and design than the PSP. I know this is MS we are talking about so I'm asking a lot, but it would still be nice!

Bolding mine... As a point of contention. Especially since iDevices don't even saturate the USB bus. I doubt Apple will spend more money to use faster Flash storage. Especially when (as of right now) Windows PCs don't have ThunderBolt.

TB isn't redundant right now, it's dormant. The TB port on the MBPs right now is effectively useless until there are peripherals to connect to it. But as this thread demonstrates they are coming. Personally I could care less about the graphics downgrade if the MBA gets sandy bridge. It is slightly disappointing at face value to downgrade anywhere with a new generation of machine, but I can live with not being able to do any gaming on this thing if it is excellent at everything else. i5 or i7 CPU combined with 512 GB of storage would be frickin' amazing. Throw in an anti-glare display and a backlit keyboard and I would just about roll over and die.

You're reaching pretty hard there. Apple makes consumer electronics that I enjoy using everyday. They're creating new markets and innovating existing ones. I don't understand how you can think that enjoying that is a bad thing.

Here in the Netherlands we have Sinterklaas, he comes to us first by steamship, and then on a white horse. It is that important that the TV shows him arriving direct, plus tens of thousands are on the quayside. I hope to be there this year in Harderwijk on the 13th November with my grand children.

I have to agree, the Video Refresh rate is also noticable compared from Parallels. The Mouse is more sluggish and it just doesn't give you the feel that Parallels does.
I didn't notice any difference from running 2 Cores either :(
It is only a Beta right now so maybe they will have everything up to par soon enough. :)
Atleast on their server products the Beta releases have very heavy debugging and logging running on the background non-stop. There is no way to turn it off (atleast simple way). The final release has better performance due to this...
This can also be why they don't want performance comparisons, as it won't be indicative of the final product.
I have alot of trust in VMWare. Don't know what the pricing will be, but I am 100% sure that by release it will be an extremly robust product with only a very small overhead (I consider Parallels to have a fairly large overhead). I use most of VmWares server products at work, and can't remember any of the (release) versions ever failing me. With this I'm talking about running around 40 virtual production servers 24x7 on 3 servers with only 2 service breaks per server during the last year (planned maintainance breaks for upgrades).

Once people, meaning women, are big enough that I figure they can't reach around behind them well enough to wipe their own butts, I get grossed out.
There is a Website called AmpleStuff that has living accessories geared toward larger people in general. This includes the Ample-Sponge, for cleaning those hard-to-reach sensitive areas. I'm not making this up. Laugh if you want, but products like this do allow big people a bit of dignity.

This is simply a bug where the store is trying to look up a product name by key and the product doesn't exist.
Someone set the product list size one greater than it should be, causing the list to include an extra item. But since there is no device category, looking up the MarketingName for that device category fails.
But the question remains - why is "Mac" in the variable name? On an App Store that doesn't support any Macs.

I'm looking forward to it, although I'm hoping the LED IPS display issues are resolved, I don't want to have to deal with yellow tint or dead pixels..
It'd be great if Apple had the same no dead pixel policy as Dell..

That is sick. I want one so bad but my folks are being difficult. I am allowed to have one I just cant park it anywhere on their property and seeing as I still live in their house that makes it tough to own one.
