I think the starkness of the Cherry Creek Reservoir area makes it difficult to capture its charm. (I lived 1-2 miles away from there for 24 years.) If I still lived there, I would be concentrating more on the cloud formations (which you don't see in too many places) when using the 17-85 lens. I would also take a couple of shots of the same scene, one metered for the sky and another for the shadow areas and blend them in PS.

Leaving with expired I-94 is no issues. My wife recently went India, gave expired i-94 on passport. She did not give the latest i-94 that came with her H4. She got visa stamped from India, and came back without any issues.

I would agree that he should consult with an attorney. However, I am not sure if he needs to be in the country to file the 485. I am not sure about the medical though.

REFILING
Can the employer refile a labor certification application filed under the previous permanent labor certification regulations under the new streamlined system and retain the filing date of the original application?
Yes, if a job order has not been placed pursuant to the regulations in effect prior to March 28, 2005, an employer may refile by withdrawing the original application and submitting, within 210 days of withdrawing, an application for an identical job opportunity which complies with all of the filing and recruiting requirements of the new PERM regulation.
NOTE: Indicating on the Application for Permanent Employment Certification, ETA Form 9089, the desire to use the filing date from a previously submitted application, i.e., marking "yes" to question A-1, is deemed to be a withdrawal of the original application.

You should receive it in 3-4 days max. We got it in 2 days. Please ask them to recheck, or call USCIS 1-800 number or even better conduct INFOPASS where they can even resend the RFE to another address if necessary.
Generally how many days it takes to get the actual RFE in hand.

This is looking down the stairs outside my office, saw this for the first time today. I had the wrong lens and no tripod, so I just shot a couple to get a feel for the motif. This was the least blurry of the bunch - handheld at 1/6s isn't my strongest skill. :)
What do you think, is this anything? It has been done a gadzillion times, but maybe one more is interesting? I'll go back this weekend when the place is empty, with a tripod, and get a bunch of different versions. Anything you'd advice in terms of composition, angle, lighting etc?

Hello,
I too have the same problem, have sent the documents for filing I-485, mostly it will be filed before 17th Aug 2007. My passport is expiring on Dec 2007. I had sent it for renewal.
Will that be ok to file I-485 with old passport which would be expiring in Dec 2007?

why do we even need a bulletin in this case? sheer waste of time for even the folks publishing it,
waste of gov resources, IT guy has to update, gov employee has to check, someone has to send out the release.
Seems to me like its been decided by BO or HC .......go home everyone.
Also says no change expected in the coming months.

Good thinking Mr. Jacob , being spent thousands of hard earned dollars on these applications and renewals, I agree with you 100%. However, do you think anybody (in the govt) will listen to this? I lost that confidence long back. (I just sent a check for US$ 915 for AP renewal for me and my family, by the way, this is my 3rd EAD/AP renewal process but I never used them till date).

Be ready for audit when you go for Citizenship or extension of GC. Make sure you have everything documented and can prove to USCIS, in case there is RFI.
