I've just run a test - only when I update the control dimensions does the opacity interpolate correctly - what do I have to do to get this working without changing the entire control? Do I have to target the layoutroot and then set the propertytarget to the path of the child control of layoutroot to get the opacity anim to work?

My H1 is pending 221g admin process (Pink. possibly because I have a Phd in biology) I can't wait much longer as I may risk losing my job. Can I travel on my valid AP? I am not concerned about keeping my H1 status etc. My only concern is at port of entry. Lawyers have told me it is ok, but I would like to hear from people who have done this themselves.

Its a good consolidated report, It clearly says system is broken and need a fix. Almost all the legislation listed at the end talk about either recapturing lost visas or increase the numerical limit.

Convert H1 into Premium. You need to get the results before Sept-20. So that you can apply for F2 visa.
Preferably yes, you should apply before the I-94 expires.
However, I am not sure if a new H1B or F2 application MUST be filed before the I-94 expiry date. If the I-94 is expired, it won't be an "extension of H1B status" or "change of status to F-2" but it will be a new visa. So, she can still get an approval, then go out of the country to get the new visa stamped.

You are safe. Once you have reached I-485 stage, it is all about you and not your employer. You mentioned that you already changed to a new employer. Technically, your old employer should've revoked your old I-140 after your move. Since, you moved to a new employer you are indicating that your new employer also has a new job that matches your initial Labor application. You have nothing to worry about your old employer closing down.

2. Company B transfer - Jan 22, 2006
3. My current visa is expiring on Jan 22, 2009, but after Jan 22, 2009, I still have till Oct 1, 2010 to complete my 6 years of H1B.
4. Now, my wife who is on H-4 is currently in India on vacation, since she is not in US, her H-4 extension cannot be filed.
My question is, can I file my H-1 extension and go to India and get both of our visas stamped based on my extension? Or does my wife need to come back on her currently valid visa and file for her own H-4 extension?

3) Company-B(end client) offered a full-time position starting Jan 2010.
What are my options? My questions are:

I agree , We have a lot of Professionals among us and such activities will certainly help.
Some of our members are very experienced in for ex: EAD questions, AC21 questions etc. We can build a skill DB and advertise these services at a much lower rates, Only hitch would be since we are not really Lawyers we may not be too accurate

I applied for my I-140/485 together in the last week of June. I havent got the receipt numbers yet. My wife is on H1 and since she is not the primary application on my 485 forms, is it okay if she changes her job. Will her H1 transfer affect both of our applications.

My current status is H1B with I-140 approved. I am planning for a fulltime MBA for which I have to transfer my visa to student visa. I heard from some sources that I cannot transfer to student visa when my 140 is approved. Does anyone here knows how far this is true?
