Lost I20.
Went to school from 96 to 2000.
WOrking on H-1 since then.
Numerous trips outside. Last one in 2005 on an H-1 visa.
What do I do now?
there should be a copy when you filed ur first h1 b visa. check it.

Hi,
I have my I-140 application (regular) still pending with USCIS when I got laid off. I don't stand a chance of asking my ex-employer to file a premium processing I-140, who has already agreed not to revoke anything.
Now I am looking for a new employer who will be willing to sponsor my H1B and GC. Has anybody experienced such a situation?
I am on my 9th year of H1B with PD Mar 2003 (EB3).

I still do not know wat is query is. My employer hasnt received the details of query yet.
looking at the worst side, wat if the H1 tranfer Denied/rejected. Can i ask Company D to file for a new H1?

I am not exactly in this scenario.
In my case I moved to a different company that already revalidated my H1B before moving to the new company.
So when they old company H1B is revoked, I say an LUD on the new company H1B. But there is no EVL RFE. And there is no soft LUD also on my I-485.

Hello,
My wife and I have a pending AOS, and have our EADs.
My priority date for EB-2 is September 2004.
I plan to go back to school in Spain - starting November 2009. The program ends in December 2010. However, my EAD expires October 2010.
Is there anything I can do to keep my GC processing on track? Can I renew my EAD while I'm in Spain?

Neither can I. By the way, it is notable that the Princeton event came bang in the middle of our big push in Washington during the fag end of the LD session. Wonder if any of the core members could make it to the event given how critical that particular week end was to us.

I would suggest you to switch to EAD. There is no reason for you stick to H1-B anymore.

You must have filed 2 G28s ( 1for you and 1 for spouse) with the 485. With that logic, when you change attorney, separate G28s are needed to be filed for you and spouse.

A good attorney would never recommend job description in such micro terms. What does your labor certification say ? Match it as much to that one. CIS is not concerned about that level of micro detail (servlets or XML). The description should be a a level that can be easily understood by an adjudicator.
