I am in the same position guys, I have a approved H1b visa (started oct 2010), I am flying to mumbai through Munic, so I probably wont need a transit visa....
But let me ask you a dumb question, what does AP stand for?

This is NOT labor substitution - but another proposed rule that would invalidate any labor certs taht were not followed up with a I-140 within 45 days.

Hello -- How long does it usually take to get access to the donor forum? I've signed up for recurring contributions to the effort via Paypal yesterday and wondering when i'll be able to get access. I am not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but just curious..

If you've got six batteries in it, you're using the AA adapter in the MB-D100, which is notorious for very short life. You should be using the lithium ion batteries instead, which are more reliable. Even though the MB-D100 has space for two of the lithium batteries, you can use it with only one installed. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue...my original DOB is different from whats in all my offical documents....local muncipality in India had my birth certficate with original DOB...I said we dont have birth certificate at all...so, they issued me certificate of non-availability....this should be easy to get....
if you submit the original one with different DOB than whats in the passport, it will screw up the whole thing.....

Ask them what the exact restriction is. It could be something as simple as needing a copy of your driver's license.
This is probably somebody at the plan administrator who doesn't have the foggiest idea about US immigration law.

Depends on what you are looking for and what your priorities are:
1) Ask what work you will get? Ask to speak with the team members of the team you will work with and get your role clarified.
2) compensation. How much $$$$ they are paying more wrt current position or wrt other offers you may have in recent future.
3) As someone said correctly, get to know the work culture and the team make sure you don't end up being chained to work.
The advantage is that you can rise quickly (not much competition) & stable job.
So see whats important for you.

As far as I see, here is an issue related to encoding; you have to know the Encoding of the file (or it's Code Page in order to get the encoding) and after that, read from file using the encoding, like:

When the primary files I-485 AOS application, the spouse and minor children are also allowed to file AOS if they are physically present in US in a legal status. It is irrelevant if they are on H4, F1, B1 etc.

d)Worker

It also asks valid until date(What should I put).I am no longer working on H1B as I am using EAD

If you are looking for career change PT MBA is not a good option,you can do PT MBA if you are typically further along in career, often on track for advancement to senior management and you need to balance heavy course load in addition to work and family. I'll be graduating this May from Wharton (Executive MBA) I'm already started getting lucrative offers from consulting firms but unfortuately my I-140 is still pending

YOU: If thats a valid visa until 2009 you can travel without AP. Else, you can travel but will need H1 stamped.
YOUR WIFE: If she needs H4 stamped, she can get that done and re-enter.
If your travels are not urgent you could wait for AP and save couple hundred bucks!
But dont you need to wait for AP approval to travel if you are in AdjustmentOfStatus Phase?
