I received my new Passport today. Applied by mail at CGI Houston.

July 31st will probably be your RD. Unless they mess it up. I read somewhere that it got messed up for someone.
I mailed my I-485 to NSC, CSC issued the receipts, and sent me a transfer notice (transferred to TSC). It is now pending at TSC. But the RD is the date NSC received my package.

One last question,
You mentioned your RD is June 29th. Is it the date from your FEDEX tracking #? Or this date is mentioned on your USCIS 485 receipt? I went over the instructions for EAD filing and wanted to confirm the following before I went ahead with the filing.

just an update from my end. I had sent my EAD renewal application to NSC by mistake when it should have gone to Phoenix lockbox. My check was cashed today from Phoenix center, so looks like NSC forwarded my application to the right place.
Read my previous mail. I NSC forward to phoenix rather than sending back to you. BTW: Did you send personal check OR Cashier's Check for fees?

In our case that would be EB3 workers now we all know that EB2 workers when they get their green card dissapear from the forum and leaves the EB3 guys to carry the burden (case in point PAPPU the admin who is the only admin i see on the forum since he is eb3) . So finally we are left to handle the IV Movement movind forward. Now if i was an organizer of a movement i would make sure that all the points made by the organisation is directed towards allaying the concern of people who have been impacted most by retrogration (BTW that would be Eb3 guys and not EB23 who by their god given right have first preference over everything and wil get residency soon because they are a preffered catefgory).

Name and A# to be written on back of the photos. I always use Fine tip permanent pen than pencil.

12 years in US. Engg grad from India. Had 6 yeras of work exp before joing the current employer. Working with the current employer for 8 years now.

Priority date Sep 2004
I-140 Approved in Nov 2005

my notice date is sep 26, 07. It's a mixed feeling...the wait has killed the enthu, but at the same time, I feel good that no more visa, AP, EAD extensions, and feel that I have wings of freedom to pick up a job i like, place i like, not bound by CIS rules regarding employment, etc...

I thought visa numbers are available equally per quarter and DOS is prevented from releasing numbers early. How can they say that all the visa numbers have been used (or will be used by April end)?

I think July visa bulletin would bring some good news when numbers for the last quarter along with the spill-over (if any), are released. If USICS is not as efficient we may even see some good advancement. Don't loose hope guys!!
