Our problems cannot be solved by one party alone - whether they have the majority or not! There are too many interested (opposing) parties. It does not matter which party gets the control, unless we have bipartisanship on our issues. We, as the affected group needs to do everything we can to get the congressmen to reach across the aisle..........

I'm about to start reading British native Simon Winchester's 2003 bestseller Krakatoa: The Day the World Exploded about the massive Indonesian volcano. I've always had a fascination with natural disasters all the way back to writing a junior high school research paper on hurricanes when I was growing up in Miami. My I-140 got approved and priority date from EB3 got ported to EB2. I read in one of the forum threads that USCIS system would automatically identify that application is current and appropriate action will be taken. Also, I read about initiating interfile process of existing EB2 I-140 (current) with Pending I-485 application (under EB3). I am not sure whether I should wait few weeks before initiating interfile process.
I have given my biometrics in 2007 while filing I-485. Will USCIS send appointment for Biometrics again ?

He is my attorney for my GC process. He had successfully done my PERM application last year and now we are processing I-140 from last 4 months. Best thing is that he is quick and his paralegal call/email you whenever they miss any document instead of waiting for long time and going thru employer channel which consumes lots of time in between.

as biased as you'd expect, but useful. I am not bothered, I think most people are not as good as the gear they are using anyway. And besides, I don't stress about other cars on the street. Different strokes for different folks...!!!
