I did a concurrent submission of I140 and I485 on July 2nd. As and when the 140 PP comes back, can I get PP done even though I have already sent my application?

Which state are you in? In CA you can drive till one year with foreign license. In case there is a traffic violation , or for some reason he breaks a red light the fines are 3 times the regular fine since he wont hold a USA license.
Also the insurance companies have different requirements which you need to confirm with them.

Hi, I hope this is the correct forum. I entered the US on an Australian passport with a tourist visa issued in London in Nov 94. After 6 months my lawyer got me a business visa extension for 6 months.
Long story short I overstayed and lost both passport and I 94 and the lawyer who had the copies of the docs no longer has the records. I married a US citizen in 2006 and had a child and would like to adjust my status, however I cannot prove legal entry.
Is there anyway to find records of either my original visa, I-94 or extension so I can file the rest of the paperwork?

For Filing AC21 , do I need letter from the my future employer that job profile matches. My Job Title Matches my Labor Certification Title It was Software Enggineer Now it is Senior Software Engineering, But As I am in IT my old labor certification says about some old Oracle Technology but new job is J2EE and Also my Labor Certification talks about Financial Business Area but New Job is HealthCare Sector.Common thing are Both Says Design and Development of Software application.. Is it OK ?
Regarding having a match, take a lawyer's help to find out what occupation code (based on DOT - dictionary of occupationsl titles) or ONET code your previous job (in labor cert) was.
Try to take up a new job whose description would land you in the same or similar DOT code or ONET code and ask your lawyer to translate descriptions into ONET and DOT codes.
AC21 portability has never been used in such a widespread manner for such a prolonged period so a lot of new changes are likely to happen thru new interpretations done by USCIS. This time, AC21 will be used by folks for atleast 2-3 years before they get GC, just due to retrogression.

No. You will need new visa stamp.
I was told if you have valid stamping you do not need get new stamping even if you changed the employer. All you need is to give the new approval notice at the POE.

What Employment Based Green Card category am I eligible for? How long does it take to get EAD approval from the beginning of the process? Can my wife work only after the EAD is approved?

I recently got my H1b visa renewed(& transferred) for 3 years based on a previous I-140 approved from my earlier job. I would like to get my H1b visa stamping done either at Mexico or Canada based on the current validity(for 3 years) of my H1b approval. If after stamping, I change companies will I need to get a new stamping to reflect the new company on my passport? If I don't need to get a new stamping, then if I travel to my home country and then return to US, will it cause a problem at the border post if my H1b approval paper shows a different company than that on the passport? Your advice in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

No problem, you can apply for Canadian visitor visa: do reveal your current status (AOS) - Canadian immigration will see your ties to the US and they will issue the visa (as per your situation, you are less likely to overstay the visitor visa).

Also what's the general processing time for H1 Extension.I mean how many days does it take.
You don't need anything regarding international travel except the copy I-94 that you got when you returned to the US, and the visa and entry stamp in your passport.
H-1B extensions take a few months, depending on which service center is used. if the company pays for premium processing, it guarantees a decision in 15 days.
