Just did a rough sketch on paper, and then drew it up in vector, no secret really... and to be honest it isnt perfect at all, but turned out ok.
I guess drawing it at a larger scale then shrinking helped with some of the fine tuning.

Yes. That member and probably other such members are now on other site posting anti-IV posts.....
It is shameful to have such members among us.
Anyways, good thread. This site should help people fix the broken system rather than abuse each other or track all day. I hope due to the discussion, people can get some ideas and take action against such employers. IV will be willing to help as needed.
Wish discussions on this thread leads to some concrete suggestions/steps that one take to counter an abusive employer. and ofcourse IV should take steps to make these employers visible to the whole community so that others will not fall pray to them. Exposing abusive employers to the whole community is the most important thing that could thwart efforts of exploitation by such employers. This sounds some times more effective than than even going legal or to DOL.

What is IV's position on more H1Bs?
IV does not support, nor oppose H1-increase as far as I know, that is not on the agenda at all. IV was formed by and for EB -applicants to ease some of the hardships faced by the EB Community and to end the visa-number unavailability and retrogression.

I don't get this. Who is sponsoring this person's GC? He must have a sponsor to get the EB-based GC. He can't show his job skills as cooking !!:)
A desi consulting company brought him to the US. When they realized he wasn't going to get a project, they just didn't let go of him. Since he was a reliable guy (1. he can be trusted with monthly grocery payment 2. his labor can be sold later to others 3. he servres as an insider who can get information if other consultants are trying to be sneaky by getting their resumes marketed by another company, etc etc, basically he is an asset even thought he doesn't have a project), they just decided to keep him there. These companies don't have attorneys. They take care of all legal matters themselves. Now, how much is hte USCIS fee to file for labor? How much to file for I-140? Peanuts right? So they continue to keep his application active. How hard do you think it is to get fake references when you can make fake resumes. They have fake pay stubs. Fake experience. Fake this and fake that. Everything they do is fake.
So to others who have said that this thread has to be dropped, and have said that these desi companies are right in doing what they're doing, or who have blamed the system - I think that you are one of those people who are involved in such a racket. I know that I have touched your nerves by letting the whole world about this (not that some people didn't know this already). Why else would you want this thread dropped?

If they are smart they should pass SKIL bill.
Senator Bill Frist introduced the modified senate version of CIR.
That includes "Subtitle B--SKIL Act" SEC 521 to SEC 532
This was done in the senate session before elections:

With my very best wishes to those of you waiting for your GC, this thread is created for the lucky among us who received it recently. I am putting together a list of things to do, and not do, to maintain our freshly minted PR status, which should also help during future citizenship application. The list is mostly about little things that others have learned from experience (and I am learning from their experience, by reading in immigration-related forums such as IV). The more obvious things that can be found for example in USCIS handbook (http://www.uscis.gov/files/nativedocuments/M-618.pdf) are not included here. I have a unique situation here. My original GC sponsor (a multi billion dollar industry leader) laid me off after 6 months of I485 due to lack of position in the company.
I ported my GC using AC 21 and joined another small consulting company. Now my GC is approved and I have an offer in hand from another company.
Will it be a good idea to move or do I have to wait for 6 months or 1 year before I make an employment switch.
My most important consideration is that there is chance of potential loss of job (may god forbid) with the current position. I may be able to save myself by switiching job right now. And of course there is more money on the table.

i was just asking a simple help, and all you have to say is to find out about my nationality, never mind i never asked help from your kind anyways.
@krishmunn thanks for your analysis too , i had sent him a bunch of emails about 10 of them and he never responded to them, when i called him about why is he not replying to my emails he said i cannot have any email conversation with you, it did not strike me then why ? but after talking to all the guys here i understand why he said so, i do not know if this would be enough . but i am just preparing my packet to send to DOL
@PrinceVA i really appreciate your help and your kindness at least someone in the fraternity doesn't believe in finding the nationality before helping. Well i really appreciate your concern and i wish that you were a part of my employers team, but i have my tickets booked and bags packed . I would now empower people from all over the world to come a little more prepared on H1B to US. I admit to being dumb before landing here but i have gotten my much important experience which i will pass on through fake busting.

The US constitution guarantees the basic rights enshrined within it to all within its borders irrespective of nationality or immigration status. The claim that the undocumented do not have rights is one propagated by Lou Dobbs and other anti-immigrationists. This is why it is possible for an undocumented worker to file a discrimination complaint with the EEOC and win for example.
You have to see my quote from the context of immigration. I never said illegal immigrants do not have any rights. Human rights are across the board. Every nation must follow these standards. Illegal immigrants can not sneak into a country and then demand that they should be given citizenship.
Regarding undocumented workers filing with EEOC, please quote me few cases like that. I doubt if it is ever possible. In my personal opinion, when such workers are subject to deportation when found, where is the foundation in that case? Are you suggesting that non-citizens can apply for jobs in defence and aviation and complain to EEOC if rejected?
I read few articles about (undocumented) women being exploited by the employers and USCIS/DOL treated these women as victims. That angle was more of human trafficking, not employee-employer relations.
